Can’t stand Farage, can’t stand Trump. But god help us all in that I believe even they are more honest than Starmer. He will be our next prime minister and I dearly hope I’m wrong about him.
Hello, sir excellent video . Would you suggest ps2a as a primary loadbox to better go to suhr or redseven or else ? No need or attenuator. Just the loadbox function
Sehr schöne schäfchen, seeeehr schöne schäfchen, die würden sicher die strattig klingende strat nehmen😂
Hey do you know any pedal that sounds based on a rockverb preamp?
Myriad is a great word
It is, isn’t it?
Tolles video Henning !!! und wieder was dazu gelernt 😀Freu mich schon auf den 2. Teil !!!!
Das freut mich 👍
So is it the Boss Katana Air that Steve Vai demo'd on FB thats mentioned at the end?
No
Hey EytschPi42 - I'm a big fan of yours I respect your knowledge and your skills and have spent many hours listening to you and appreciating what you do. But please, please stop 'hating' on us guitar nerds. I like things as close to the old stuff as I can possibly get as they emulate the equipment used on a very large percentage of the music I grew up with and love so much - I want to play and sound like those guys. I want the gear that worked for them and allowed their genius to shine and brought their awesomeness to the world. However I will never be able to afford real vintage gear so have to content myself with whatever, Fender, Gibson, Gretsch, Marshall, et al have to offer that will take me close. Pleas don't dis me for that. Respect to you, J.
I’d never… it’s all just fun
Amazing video i am so happy that You asked about the finish inside the guitar because that was burning in my mind during the video😊 and even more impressive he had an answer👍
I haven’t previously been exposed to this brand. These look like a great ‘budget’ (when compared to other high end competitors with similar quality) choice that I have to look at!
This could be so good... shame
Fascinating. I really want to see Marshall succeed again as I grew up with them and for me there's no better amp for that classic rock crunch. They're so iconic too, not just because of modern pop culture tropes but because of being seen on countless tv music shows like the old grey whistle test etc. A step in the right direction was smaller studio series heads and the more affordable Origin and new Dsl series (poor name I admit). Marshall, please take a leaf from Victory's book...
I dunno. I’ve owned three Marshalls and still have two: a 1971 Major 200 watt, and a DSL4Oc with the Sweetwater Creamback configuration. The DSL40c is a great amp. I did do the C19 bright cap mod, but I mostly use the clean channel. And it gives a great Marshall sound, with the sensitivity to picking that I love. And the price was very reasonable. So I’m just not seeing what all the complaints are about.
Did you watch the video? That’s not what it’s about.
@@EytschPi42 I replied to the title. No time to watch a long video about the history of Marshall, about those cloning the old Plexi amps, or whatever this is. If the title is clickbait, that’s on you
I know zero about heart valves. Anyone else knowing zero in that arena want to get together and start building them?
vacuum clamping is used by most guitar builders.
I have played a few Furch guitars and really do like them. Nice interview!
If I ever buy an acoustic guitar, it will be a Furch.
I spent 30+ years reviewing musical product for guitar magazines as a freelance writer and I have had similar experiences and discussions. But, as you say, it's part of the job. But it always hurt when people accused me of being a paid shill promoting whatever for financial gain.
Amazing. I learned a lot about the acoustic guitar with this video.
He has the vision !!!!
4 years later still no product!
Is the neck stable? My fusion 3 FR isnt stable at all despite being roasted maple
I have an oldish guitar from Furch from when they were still called "Stonebridge", I chose it over Martins, Yiaris, Fylds and Huss and Daltons... still the nicest Acoustic I've evr heard
Lovely! I own a Dingwall bass, and my luthier friend Tony Karol has been building beautiful fanned-fret acoustics for a couple of decades now. Side ports are another great innovation- they generally open up the sound in a way that's pleasing to the player and audience alike...
Here is my dilemma now. Who did I trust for product reviews? Doing this series as you have, I suspect I can trust your reviews, especially if you have a sprinkle of critical comments. Do we trust the reviews that gush with praise and nary a bad comment? Thoughts?
You have to get to know the channel you watch and try to judge the people and maybe give them the benefit of the doubt. SOME products are just good and don' deserve critique.
@@EytschPi42 I might have used criticism the wring way. You do critiques on all products you receive. Criticism was wrong. That said, I have limited the number of channels I watch/listen to these days. I have cut that number down even more since thinking on your comments. Thanks for being honest.
Had no idea Phil X could sing.
I had no idea that Furch is from former Chechno-Slovenian socialistic republic 😬
bought a furch crossover with never hearing of them. Went to munich guitar company, needed a nylon string that plays like a normal acoustic and it blew me away, love it ever since. 2000 EUR and has everything i ever want (look, feel, LR Baggs anthem, crazy flightcase) Keep going Furch ❤🎸 Thats how you do it. And Henning, danke für die Tour, wusste nicht, dass ich mit der Gitarre auch noch so tolle Menschen unterstützt habe....jetzt mag ich die Gitarre gleich noch mehr ☺
If you're dependent upon YT for your income, I suggest you diversify your efforts . There is a general consensus these days on musician BBSes that people who do what you do are not completely trustworthy due to the conflict of interest. I bought an X3 Plethora pedal because of one of your vids, and I hated it. I found it uninspiring and too digital. So, when someone asked on V.I. Control 'do you trust YT influencers?' most people said 'no.' Including me. Once upon a time, there was this platform called YT. Then Google bought it, and over the years it's become more and more corporitized (?) and monetized. I've seen vids by another YT guy who said that the company he was shilling for expected editorial oversight and if he said something they didn't like he could be sued. So, I'm sure you're a decent person, but I approach whatever you say with the same scepticism that I do anyone else. Anytime money gets thrown into a mix, it ruins things. So, too, with YT.
Great review Henning thank u! I’m loving the IR-D with the PS100.
Honesty does get you viewers trust, and so returning viewers. But yes, it must be hard at times…
I've got a Furch Blue Deluxe. Cedar top and it's great! Better than the rest I think.
It amazes me that germans do not know that about hungary czech and poland
Well done 🙌🏻
Keep up the good work henning 👍
I purchased a Furch a few years ago and it's an absolutely beautiful guitar. The fit and finish is excellent and I think is overall better than most guitars I have seen or handled.
These guitars defy the laws of physics, no compromises in construction. No brand can compete with them.❤
Furch makes amazing instruments. I actually bought one a month ago while checking out some..'other brand' guitars, their Blue series master choice blew them away. I went back and forth for hours( I really really wanted to like the other brand more lol) but Furch won every time, and it was cheaper..by a lot. I am already looking at another one, just don't tell my wife..
19:20 ... artificially segmenting ranges by deliberately nobbling the components etc I've occasionally wondered how great it would be (for the consumer anyway) if Fender allowed mexico/japan to have custom shops and masterbuilders too, with equivalent local labour rates. They can already all source equally good wood+hardware+craftsman, theres no logistical barrier. Consumer choice with a range of custom shop prices. But of course they wont let that happen commercially, it cannibalises sales of their "upper" ranges.
Tell them that a fretless version would make a great product!
Oh, a lot people did gave PRS a lot of shit on their PRS SE P20 Parlor and how bad it looks inside. So you are not the only one looking inside. :D
Even though I barely can play electric guitar, this good video made me wanna wish to buy Furch guitar some day in my life... If I get older, this is one of the brand I want to consider now.Factory looks great.
At the end a cute cat drinks water form the kitchen sink faucet.
A Furch is the only guitar I would spend serious dollars on. The only guitar I ever played that riveled my#1 unicorn Yamaha that I lucked into. It has a zero fret the one I tried. Phenomenal guitar.
I genuinely thought this was just a brand name from a Asian mega factory. Nice surprise.
quite the opposite
I have a white L7 with dual humbuckers and I prefer playing it over my 2 LPs. Something very smooth about it.
Furch Guitars' slogan: "The choice of the most discerning musicians" It should have been: "Go Furch yourself"
Nice
Since when can't Germans pronounce "Furch" not properly? It's like the Bavarian way to pronounce "durch", same voicing as in Fach or Dach. He just said that to be "weird" on purpose. So much cringe.
nope, the CH is NOT as in DACH or FACH... it is softer... just listen.
Saying cringe is, well, cringe. Ironic, eh!
I’ve been waiting for this one! Edits after full view 40:02 very cool technique. Magic fish are real!!!
Enhance enhance enhance . (Super Troopers circa 2001 reference)
I'm thinking of starting a channel demonstrating only sh°tty gear 😅
